Terms of sale.

These terms govern your purchase of digital audio sessions from QuantumWaves, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

Each session is a single digital audio file — a studio master, typically 24-bit / 48 kHz — delivered by download. There is no physical product, no shipment and no subscription.

You are buying a personal licence, not the copyright. The music remains the property of its composer and the recorded prayer and chant remain the property of Kahu Kāhealani and her lineage.

You may

• Listen as often as you like, forever, on any device you own.
• Play a session aloud in your own home, car or private practice space.
• Play it for family, friends or clients who are physically present with you.

You may not

• Re-sell, sub-licence, rent or redistribute the file, in whole or in part.
• Upload it to any streaming service, social platform or file-sharing site.
• Use it in a commercial recording, broadcast, film, advertisement or app without written permission.
• Sample, remix or create derivative works from it.
• Strip, alter or obscure any embedded credit or metadata.

If you would like to use a session in a class, clinic, studio or retreat you regularly charge for, write to us — licences for that exist and are usually straightforward.

The personal pule

Every paid session includes the option to send an intention, and if you wish your birth date, time and place. Kahu Kāhealani speaks your intention aloud in pule and oli, seals it with the Sacred Hā, and prepares custom TimeWaver frequency codes from your birth data.

• It is included at no extra charge and is entirely optional.
• Ceremonies are performed by hand, individually. Most are completed within a few days, but we do not guarantee a turnaround time.
• It is a spiritual and ceremonial offering. It is not a reading, a diagnosis, a prediction, or advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal or financial.
• Your details are handled as described in our privacy policy, are seen only by Kāhealani, and are deleted on request.
• Please do not send clinical details or anything you would not want written down. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional.

Delivery

Download links are issued by email immediately after payment clears. If a link does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us; we will re-issue it. Links may expire for security, but your entitlement does not — we will always re-issue on request.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no sales tax unless stated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see, handle or store your card details.

Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: if a session does nothing for you, tell us and we will refund you.

What this is, and what it is not

QuantumWaves sessions are offered for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If you are unwell, please see someone qualified to help you.

Solfeggio tuning, scalar and quantum terminology, and Hawaiian ceremonial practice are offered here as sacred and experiential tradition. Where we cannot demonstrate something, we say it is tradition. Individual experiences vary, and we make no promise about what you will feel.

Do not listen while operating machinery where your full attention is required. If you live with epilepsy or a seizure disorder, consult your doctor before using binaural audio.

Cultural material

The pule and oli in these sessions are offered by Kahu Kāhealani under permissions given to her within her own lineage. Chants that are not hers to give are not used. Purchase of a session conveys no right to reproduce, teach or perform any Hawaiian ceremonial material.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you ordered. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
